não consigo gerar log no hijackthis

tava achando o note estranho e resolvi fazer um log no hijackthis para postar aqui e verificar se tinha alguma coisa errada. mas não consegui nem gerar o log, dá o seguinte erro:

For some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, HijackThis may NOT be able to fix this.

If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click Start, Run and type:

notepad "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts"

and press Enter. Find the line(s) HijackThis reports and delete them. Save the file as "hosts." (with quotes), and reebot.


depois dessa msg aparece uma outra, com o seguinte:

eu até tentei seguir as instruções da primeira msg de erro, mas não entendi bem. executei o comando mas não soube seguir depois que ele gerou o arquivo de texto. o aviso manda apagar alguma coisa, mas não sei o que é.

alguém pode me ajudar?

tentei rodar o mbam mas chega um momento que o programa para de responder.
aconteceu duas vezes, nas duas ele tava fazendo o scan na pasta d:\windows\system32\config

ele identificou dois objetos infectados, mas não consegui excluir nem ver onde estão exatamente porque o programa, como eu disse, travou. só sei que estão no c:

o que faço? rodo o scan só no c: pra desinfectar logo esses dois?

mas daí no dia seguinte, hoje, o kaspersky começou a detectar o trojan(coisa que ele n tinha feito antes). e mandei ele desinfectar também. reiniciei o computador e ficou aparecendo as seguintes msg que vou colocar em anexo.


depois rodei o mbam no c: e o kis e nada foi detectado.

reiniciei. e o kis continua acusando o trojan.

mas o kis continua detectando o trojan. argt!
a cada minuto aparece uma msg do kis como essa em anexo, só que mudando o programa. COM Surrogate, Reability analysis metrics calculation executable, até o picasa! isso tava acontecendo mesmo antes de usar o The Avenger, e continua depois dele.

tem certeza? o kis não para de acusar. e ele só dá duas opções, bloquear ou executar (executar na verdade faz o kis tentar desinfectar o arquivo. já escolhi essa opção, mas o kis não consegue exterminar.)

não, não o picasa. o problema é que qualquer programa que abro, o kis avisa que o programa(que já está na zona confiável) está tentando obter acesso a software malicioso.

no caso o problema não é do programa, claro. mas tem alguma coisa errada. ou é com o kis, ou é o próprio malware que está causando isso.

mesmo com o log limpo, o kis não para de detectar a ameaça. olha só a imagem em anexo. de minuto em minuto ficam aparecendo esses avisos. tenho mandado o kis bloquear, porque se mando executar ele n resolve nada de todo jeito.

fui procurar onde diabos eu poderia ter sido infectada. me parece muito difícil, sou cuidadosa, uso todas as proteções, desconfio de todos os emails. cheguei a conclusão que a única ###### que fiz foi baixar o photoshop via torrent. acho que pode ter sido aí, até porque não consegui instalar o programa. clicava no setup e nada acontecia. ontem removi o instalador do programa, mas aí hoje o kis detectou um tipo de vulnerabilidade nele. o que é muito esquisito, já que nem cheguei a instalar o programa e ainda deletei o instalador.

outra coisa estranha é que quando abre o Restauração do Sistema, apare que "não há pontos de restauração criados no disco de sistema do computador". sendo que outro dia, antes de rodar o CCleaner e antes de aparecer qualquer problema, eu mesma criei um ponto de restauração do sistema. ou seja, não ter nenhum ponto agora é normal? como pode?

aparece o trojan e o photoshop como vulnerabilidade. muito estranho.
